Foradori denied having signed the agreement with the United Kingdom drunk

The protagonist of the disastrous Foradori-Duncan Agreement denied that the signing, in 2016, took place at dawn in the cellar of the British embassy in Buenos Aires, and after several bottles of Merlot, as Duncan states in his book.

After being accused of signing a “joint communication” with Great Britain on the Malvinas - the damaging Foradori-Duncan agreement - while intoxicated, former vice-chancellor Carlos Foradori absolutely denied such an assessment.
