The document from the British colonial regime that exposes the great oil theft in the Malvinas

An official report from the illegitimate "Department of Mining and Petroleum", updated to March 4, 2026 and obtained by Agenda Malvinas, details the complete list of hydrocarbon production licenses.

Thousands of square kilometers of the Argentine seabed and subsoil, divided among a handful of transnational corporations that operate without any sanction or restraint, are projected to extract more than 30 billion barrels of oil.

While the official speeches of the Argentine Foreign Ministry and the Government of the Province of Tierra del Fuego, Antarctica and the South Atlantic Islands founder in press release rhetoric and inaction in the face of the systematic violation of vast national legislation, the official documents of the British colonial regime itself reveal the acceleration of the engineering of hydrocarbon plunder in the South Atlantic.

An official document from the Department of Mineral Resources regarding the illegitimate occupation, titled "Production Licence Status as of 4th March 2026" , which Agenda Malvinas had exclusive access to, precisely outlines the map of the plunder: thousands of square kilometers of the Argentine seabed and subsoil divided among a handful of transnational corporations that operate without any sanction or restraint.

The hegemony of Navitas Petroleum: The monopoly of the Northern Basin

The updated list as of March 2026 confirms with documentation what this media outlet has been investigating: the Israeli-owned oil company Navitas Petroleum Development and Production Limited has taken almost absolute control of the North Malvinas Basin .

Through the acquisition of 65% of the operating package in the overwhelming majority of production blocks, Navitas leads the extraction consortium, supported by Desire Petroleum Limited and the British company Rockhopper Exploration :

Adding these licenses alone, the Navitas - Rockhopper tandem directly and illegally controls more than 2,700 square kilometers of the Argentine continental shelf dedicated to the Sea Lion mega-field project and its expansion areas.

JHI, Borders & Southern and Malvina Oil: The remainder of the inherited wealth

The official report from the colonial Mining Department also outlines the situation of the adjacent blocks and the southern sector:

1.  License PL001 (1,125.43 km²): Registered 100% in the name of JHI Malvina Inc. (a subsidiary of JHI Associates, recently absorbed by the Canadian company Eco Atlantic), whose Phase 2 expires on 31/12/2026. As revealed by Agenda Malvinas , Navitas has already agreed to the transfer of 65% of this area to connect its resources to the Sea Lion factory ship.

2.  Licenses PL011, PL012 and PL014 (8,871.40 km² in total): Registered in the name of Malvina Oil and Gas Limited (100%) .

3.  Licenses PL018, PL019, PL020 and Darwin East-1 Discovery (9,790.43 km² in total): 100% controlled by Borders & Southern Malvina Islands Limited .

In total, colonial documentation accounts for more than 22,500 square kilometers of Argentine sea granted under illegitimate contractual regimes (Model Clauses 1995 and 2000).

The key date that the Government prefers to ignore: December 31, 2026

There is a technical fact that emerges from a careful reading of the official form and that constitutes a real legal and political time bomb: all current licenses (PL001, PL003, PL004, PL005, PL011, PL018, PL019, PL020, PL032 and PL033) have a unified expiration date ( Licence Expiry ) of December 31, 2026 .

This means that, in the coming months, the British colonial government will have to issue massive extension decrees or authorize the transition to definitive commercial exploitation concessions to make way for the arrival of drilling platforms and FPSO vessels.

Given this critical window of opportunity, the inaction of the Argentine State and the province of Tierra del Fuego borders on complicity:

What the colony publishes, Argentina hides

The data does not come from a press estimate or a diplomatic leak. It is contained in the official technical spreadsheet of the UK Department for Mineral Resources .

The usurpers publish, make transparent, and audit the map of the oil expropriation in their official bulletins. On the mainland, the Argentine political leadership chooses not to see, not to report, and not to act. Agenda Malvinas makes this exclusive document publicly available to denounce the ongoing dispossession, break the lock of corporate impunity, and demand an immediate response befitting the sovereign dignity of the Argentine people.
