The three awards were also taken to the Monument to the Fallen in Malvinas in Río Grande.

After passing through Ushuaia, the World Cup, the Copa América and the Finalissima , they arrived in the north of the large island of Tierra del Fuego on Saturday night, the 24th, where a private event was held to raise funds for the selected players competing representing the city.

Early on Sunday morning, and in an intimate setting, the awards were presented to the Monument to the Fallen in Malvinas, where a scene was filmed that has already made the rounds on social media and could be part of a documentary related to the Argentine National Team.

Then, from 8 o'clock on the same Sunday, the sports institutions affiliated with AFA were able to see the cups until noon and the protocolary act was held, where the Malvinas Argentinas War Veterans Center, councilors Jonathan Bogado and Florencia Vargas, the Secretary of Sports, Matías Runín were present and also had the participation of the Secretary of Coordination of the AFA Federal Council, Mario Echeverría, who is also the president of the Sanluiseña Football Federation.

For his part, the president of the Official Football League of Río Grande, Guillermo Vargas, spoke with FUTSAL 9420 and said that “we are grateful for the efforts of Claudio Tapia, Pablo Toviggino and Javier Treuque, the important thing is that the kids can take their photo with them and thousands of people passed by La Fortaleza.” He added that “what happened will be very difficult to repeat.”

"May this visit also leave us with the motto that AFA does not want to and should not forget: 'for the kids of Malvinas'," said the leader.

It is worth noting that the cup was on a lectern next to a Malvinas flag, the memory of which remains in the thousands and thousands of photographs that can be downloaded from the Facebook page '@ligaoficialdefutbol'.

“We would like to thank the Camioneros club, which provided the facilities free of charge, the provincial government and the Municipality of Río Grande, and all the sponsors who made this event possible, an event aimed at children and also at the League's employees,” he concluded.
