The President of the Nation and the Governor of Tierra del Fuego paid tribute to the heroes and heroines of the Malvinas War

Alberto Fernández and Gustavo Melella agreed on the firm political decision of the provincial and national government to “continue with the claim to the Islands, diplomatically and peacefully,” as well as “make visible the Argentine sovereign rights over the Malvinas.”

As part of a visit to the city of Ushuaia where loans and homes were delivered, President Alberto Fernández together with Governor Gustavo Melella, paid tribute this Thursday to the heroes and heroines of the Malvinas 40 years after the war, as well as to the fallen on the Ara General Belgrano Cruise.
