Providing accurate information about the agenda of his visit to the Malvinas, Luke Pollard himself said this afternoon that yesterday he made a stop at Ascension Island “while I was on my way to visit the Malvina Islands” and where he also met “ with the commander of the Royal Air Force base and the staff, to learn about military operations and the work of sustainability of the island.”

There is no official information yet on the whereabouts of the minister and whether he has already arrived in the Malvinas or not. In any case, the defense minister of the usurping power has scheduled a religious ceremony, a lunch with the governor and also a dance in Puerto Argentino tomorrow.

“Ascension Island is ideally located to strengthen our security presence in the Atlantic,” Pollard said.
