The British colony in the Malvina Islands will hold a forum to plan the theft of the Argentine oil tanker.

It will take place in April 2026 and will present the Scottish model as an alternative for the exploitation of the León Marino field with proven reserves of 910 million barrels of oil.

FPSO-type vessel, which will be used by Rockhopper and Navitas to extract oil from the Argentine seabed, with an illegal British license.

The latest move in this escalation of unilateral actions by the United Kingdom of Great Britain, which contravene the United Nations recommendations to "not innovate" —not to make changes while negotiations are underway regarding the sovereignty dispute—is the organization of a Forum on Oil Development in April 2026, an event designed to involve the implanted population and legitimize, both locally and internationally, the project to plunder Argentina's non-renewable natural resources.

The British-Israeli plan

Announcements from Israeli oil company Navitas Petroleum —partner of British operator Rockhopper Exploration , after acquiring Premier Oil— confirm an aggressive roadmap for the exploitation of the Sea Lion field in the North Basin of the islands:

The Expert Forum to involve the implanted population in the project

The announcement published by the pro-British media outlet Mercopress confirms that the Malvina Islands Development Corporation (FIDC) is organizing a key forum in April 2026. This event aims to prepare and convince the settled community of the benefits of oil development.

While the United Kingdom and its partners are doubling down on the South Atlantic, the offensive for hydrocarbon exploitation is taking place in a context of inaction on the part of the Argentine governments, both the national government of President Javier Milei and the provincial government of Gustavo Melella, allowing Great Britain to develop, in 15 years, an oil exploitation plan in a world-class deposit that has verifiable reserves of over 900 million barrels of oil.
