A British military plane based in the Malvinas has landed in Uruguay.

After patrolling Antarctica and the South Atlantic, the British Royal Air Force (RAF) Airbus A400M Atlas, registration ZM421, landed at Montevideo Airport. This happened yesterday. So far, neither Milei nor Melella have commented.

It is the same plane that approached commercial flights operated by Flybondi and Aerolíneas Argentinas on January 13.

The press is exposing what the Argentine government, and especially that of Tierra del Fuego, doesn't want to talk about . The latest stopover of a large British military aircraft, landing at Carrasco International Airport , from the Malvina Islands.

It is none other than the Royal Air Force (RAF) Airbus A400M Atlas, registration ZM421 , which on January 13th made a suggestive approach to the commercial flights to Ushuaia, operated by Flybondi and Aerolíneas Argentinas , and subsequently carried out various operations in the South Atlantic and Antarctica. In the latter case, jointly with Chile, from Punta Arenas.

The information published today by Escenario Mundial says that the British colonial government in the Islands reported that the mission to the white continent had as its main objective to provide logistical support for scientific research related to the study of Antarctica.

 

“Under the direction of British Forces South Atlantic Islands Command (BFSAI), the A400M Atlas played a key role in exploration missions in Antarctica ,” the outlet reports.

Among its missions, a reconnaissance flight over the Unión Glacier, a strategic region for polar research, stood out.
