Four people who appear on the electoral roll to vote in next Sunday's presidential runoff are domiciled in the Malvinas Islands, according to Télam's reconstruction with judicial sources.
Of all of them, the only one who will vote is the former combatant of the 1982 war Osvaldo Hillar , who resides in the city of Ushuaia and a few years ago managed to get the Civil Registry of Tierra del Fuego (which has in its jurisdiction the Malvinas) recognized a fictitious address in the archipelago as his domicile .
