Governor Gustavo Melella announced this afternoon the date to elect 15 conventional constituents for the Partial Reform of 70 articles of the Constitution of Tierra del Fuego. It will be on Sunday, November 10.
The information was released five days after the date of the signing of Decree 1656/2024 , which bears the signature of Melella and the Minister of Public Works and Public Services, Gabriela Castillo.
In five articles, the Fuegian executive calls for the election of 15 regular regulars and 8 substitutes, for the reform in accordance with Law 1529, which enabled it; sanctioned on December 13, 2023 and promulgated on the 29th of the same month.
For 30 days, it is obliged to publicize the call in the mass media of the Province, allocates expenses of items without indicating amounts, notifies the Legislature and the electoral court.
