A few days ago, on Saturday, June 21, in an interview with Sebastián Salgado, journalist and correspondent for Hispan TV, Director of Data Urgente, on the program "Malvinas, memoria, presente y futuro" (Malvinas, memory, present and future) of the Malvinas Islands Veterans Center (CECIM) broadcast on Radio Universidad de La Plata, an analysis was made of the photo that documents Milei 's meeting with the genocidal Netanyahu , who can be seen holding a map of Patagonia.
Salgado said that upon receiving the photo, he went to the official website of the Presidency of the Nation and found the same photo posted there. Therefore, for him, the image reflects a family reunion, since "Milei is a 100 percent Israeli creation for Argentina."
"It must be said that Netanyahu's real last name is Mileikowsky, and Milei's real last name is Mileikowsky. They're family; these things aren't coincidental ," Salgado said.
To the astonishment of the journalist interviewing him, Salgado clarified that he had studied the genealogy of both families, confirming that Netanyahu and Milei 's grandparents were cousins.
"It makes you understand why Milei is president. It's not that Milei converted to Judaism because she found a reason. Milei is the first president who is an Israeli creation for the Argentine Republic. He's not a Zionist president like Trump or Macron, two of whom I'd like to mention who aren't Jewish. You can be a Zionist; you don't necessarily have to be Jewish ," Salgado asserted.
The director of Data Urgente maintains that from the beginning, attempts were made to make it appear that the Chabad Lubavitch sect embraced Milei and converted him to Judaism, "when in reality that was part of their own history," the journalist stated.
A strong strategic defeat for Zionism
In turn, on Friday, June 13, Sebastián Salgado interviewed lawyer Ismael Jalil . In the interview, Jalil denounced that Javier Milei traveled to Israel "to account for his first year and a half of management before his true principals" and that despite the fact that Argentina is a very minor partner for the Zionist entity, "there is an enormous need on the part of Israel to show that it has some kind of support, even if it is minimal, in the face of the evident loss of global positioning."
"Having said that next year we would move the embassy to Jerusalem, as four or five countries around the world have done. But forgetting that Jerusalem is an occupied territory and that it has the same status as our Malvinas Islands by the British, is to take away a little, a lot, of legitimacy from Argentina's position when it denounces the British invader who is also illegally and illegitimately occupying our lands," the lawyer argued.
For Jalil , Zionism is suffering a severe strategic defeat because: “First of all, I do not identify with the parameters of the West. I identify with the parameters of the peoples of the Global South, and Palestine is the cause of the peoples of the Global South par excellence. Therefore, I must say that as soon as I communicate with my Chilean, Venezuelan, Colombian, and Cuban colleagues, when one goes through all those places of solidarity with Palestine, one clearly sees that Zionism has lost its ticket.” He added that “it has lost that condition of always presenting itself as a victim when in reality it has always been the great victimizer, above all the Palestinian people. If there is anyone who relativizes the Holocaust, the Shoah, today, it is Zionism itself.”
The topic of Milei 's announcement while in Israel, that Argentina would host the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance ( IRHA ) next year, was also discussed. It's worth noting that Argentina is the only Latin American country to be a member of this alliance, thanks to the government of Alberto Fernández and the versatile Felipe Solá , who was his foreign minister at the time.
The agreement signed by Argentina to join this alliance transforms it into a “pseudo-legal instrument, for them, through which any person who criticizes the Israeli infanticidal entity, as you and I are doing right now, can be subjected to a protocol that we are people practicing anti-Semitism,” said Salgado , stating that “it is blackmail so that you cannot criticize the siege and genocide against the Palestinian people.”
Jalil said that "this organization has Argentina as one of the signatory countries, the only one in Latin America," clarifying that there are about 200 countries recognized by the UN in the world, of which less than 40 have signed or joined the IRHA .
“The IRHA declaration is a definition of antisemitism to which Argentina has subscribed ,” highlighting that “it is based on the assumption that it is a certain Jewish worldview that encourages one to believe that whoever holds this perception, shown in this way, is engaging in antisemitic conduct. And then it gives eleven mandates in which it describes, as if they were eleven examples, what antisemitic attitudes would be. Of those eleven, seven correspond to the critique of the legal fiction called the State of Israel.” While Jalil warns that Argentina has not signed the entire IRHA declaration, only the definition, since it has not incorporated the other mandates, he denounces that “it has not done so by law either, it has done so by an administrative resolution. That is to say, it did not go through the National Congress, and according to Argentina’s pyramid of values, in terms of the value placed on international treaties, the Constitution, laws, etc., an administrative resolution is far below; it directly has no effect from a legal point of view, from the point of view of conventionality control. That is to say… that, if a convention is kicked against, such as the one that regulates freedom of expression, the exercise of political rights, freedom of opinion, etc., those rights must prevail, yes or yes, and not the administrative resolution.”
Jalil strongly criticized all those journalists who defend Israel with the argument that it is the only democracy in the Middle East and asked: "How can a country that has no Constitution or that legitimizes torture be a democracy?"
The lawyer stressed that the IRHA declaration is opposed by the Jerusalem Declaration , "a proposal made by intellectuals, experts on the subject, including Jewish intellectuals who have risen up against the IRHA declaration because they warned that this declaration was a maneuver and a subterfuge to be able to muzzle anyone who wanted to rise up against the criminal and expansionist policy of the Israeli entity."
