The topic of Milei 's announcement while in Israel, that Argentina would host the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance ( IRHA ) next year, was also discussed. That is to say, it did not go through the National Congress, and according to Argentina’s pyramid of values, in terms of the value placed on international treaties, the Constitution, laws, etc., an administrative resolution is far below; it directly has no effect from a legal point of view, from the point of view of conventionality control. Jalil strongly criticized all those journalists who defend Israel with the argument that it is the only democracy in the Middle East and asked: "How can a country that has no Constitution or that legitimizes torture be a democracy?"
