Milei reestablishes the Foradori-Duncan Agreement to consolidate British usurpation in the Malvinas

It will allow them to expand fishing exploitation, begin oil extraction, reestablish the weekly flight from São Paulo and with it the definitive strengthening of the English as a usurper state.

Through Press Information No.: 70/24 , the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Argentine Republic reported this afternoon without naming him; the reestablishment of the diplomatic treaty signed on Tuesday, September 13, 2016 with the United Kingdom of Great Britain, by the government of Mauricio Macri , known as the Foradori-Duncan Agreement . Agreement through which, all restrictions established by the administrations of Néstor Carlos Kirchner and Cristina Fernández de Kirchner were lifted, to stop the British colonial advance in the Malvinas Islands and in more than one million square kilometers of Argentine territory in the South Atlantic.

Specifically, the official statement from the Foreign Ministry today reported that: “In the framework of a renewed stage of the bilateral relationship, characterized by dialogue and the building of trust, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and Worship of the Argentine Republic, Diana Mondino, and the Secretary of Foreign Affairs of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, David Lammy, met in New York on September 24 and advanced a broad agenda of issues that include different aspects related to the South Atlantic” ; where “This agenda and its results will be applied the sovereignty safeguard formula contained in paragraph 2 of the Joint Declaration of 19 October 1989.” In reference -although he doesn't say it-, under the umbrella of sovereignty agreed upon during the first six months of the government of former President Carlos Saúl Menem with the English, where the first major act of surrender of sovereignty after the 1982 war took place, known as the Treaty of Madrid I.

“The sovereignty safeguard formula (…) of October 19, 1989” mentioned, It is the same one that Macri's government used as a diplomatic-legal basis for the Foradori-Duncan Agreement ; which now has a new version with what was agreed today between Mondino and Lammy, in New York.

Almost mirroring what was established on Tuesday, September 13, 2016, this Tuesday, September 24, 2024, the Foreign Ministry completed: “The Parties have agreed to resume negotiations aimed at finalizing the third phase of the Humanitarian Project Plan jointly with the International Red Cross, (identification of the last collective grave in the Darwin Military Cemetery), as well as organizing a trip for relatives of the fallen to the Islands before the end of 2024, so that they can visit the graves of the soldiers who rest there.

The need to move forward with concrete measures on fisheries conservation and in favour of better connectivity was also established, based on the arrangements reached in 2018, including the resumption of the weekly flight from San Pablo to the Islands, which made a monthly stopover in Córdoba.

These measures will allow progress to be made on a more ambitious agenda of cooperation in different areas and under a sovereign formula, aimed at promoting human and economic development and strengthening ties between the Islands and the continent.

“Foreign Secretary Mondino and Secretary Lammy welcomed the steps being taken to achieve a better bilateral relationship and agreed to speak again at a future opportunity.”

In this way, Javier Milei's government , like Macri, is spuriously using the fallen heroes for the sovereign recovery of the Islands and their families; to allow Great Britain to expand fishing exploitation, begin oil extraction, reestablish the weekly flight from San Pablo, Brazil; very possibly also some agreement for control and preservation of the wealth and resources in the South Atlantic; and with it the definitive consolidation of the English as a usurping state.

Chapter: SOUTH ATLANTIC of the FORADORI-DUNCAN AGREEMENT

In a positive spirit, both Parties agreed to establish a dialogue to enhance cooperation on all South Atlantic issues of mutual interest. Both Governments agreed that the sovereignty formula of paragraph 2 of the Joint Declaration of 19 October 1989 applies to this Joint Communiqué and all its consequences. In this context, it was agreed to adopt appropriate measures to remove all obstacles limiting the economic growth and sustainable development of the Malvinas Islands, including trade, fishing, navigation and hydrocarbons. Both Parties emphasised the benefits of cooperation and positive engagement by all involved.

In accordance with the principles set out in the Joint Declaration of 14 July 1999 and the Agreement by Exchange of Notes, both Parties agreed that additional air connections would be established between the Malvinas Islands and third countries. In this context, they agreed to the establishment of two additional monthly stops in mainland Argentina, one in each direction. Specific details will be defined.

Both Parties expressed their full support for the DNA identification process in relation to the unidentified Argentine soldiers buried in the Darwin cemetery. Discussions on this sensitive humanitarian issue will be carried out in Geneva on the basis of an assessment by the International Committee of the Red Cross, complemented by any necessary bilateral discussions. Both Parties agreed that the wishes of the families involved are of the utmost importance.

Both Parties agreed to set a date for a broader meeting as soon as possible.”
