For the first time the government of Tierra del Fuego honored Malvinas heroes at the monument to the fallen in Buenos Aires

The Government of Tierra del Fuego honored the heroes and heroines of the 1982 War in the South Atlantic for the first time at the “Monument to the Fallen in Malvinas”, which is located in the Plaza San Martín in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. .

“Today are not happy times in terms of the Malvinas,” lamented the Secretary of the Malvinas of Tierra del Fuego, Andrés Dachary.

The secretaries of Malvinas, Antarctica, South Atlantic Islands and International Affairs, Andrés Dachay, participated in the tribute; of Geopolitical Affairs, Carolina Lavori, of Official Representation, Maximiliano D'Alessio; of International Trade, Ariel Castiglione, and Legal Administrative, Ariel Pfurr.

The secretary of the Malvinas, Antarctica, South Atlantic Islands and International Affairs, Andrés Dachary, the only speaker at the ceremony, highlighted the realization of this tribute in “this emblematic space, identified at the national level with the name of our heroes carved on the stone and the possibility of holding, for the first time in history, a public event in which we can specifically express the view of our province on what has been   throughout the history of the Malvinas.”

“Today are not happy times in terms of the Malvinas,” lamented the provincial official and was “ very concerned.”
